Nothing, it’s absolutely FREE. ChargeMy.Mobi provides the machines at no cost to the venue.

What is the benefit to the Bar or Restaurant?

The service frees up staff to serve customers, removes the responsibility for customers’ phones, encourages customers to stay longer, and ensures they can continue to pay via their phones.

What happens if a customer does not return the battery?

The venue has no responsibility. ChargeMy.Mobi handles all communications and applies the appropriate charge to the customer.

Can more than one person use a battery once rented?

Yes, the customer can share it with friends or family. Each battery can charge up to 5 phones and provides fast charging.

How much power does the machine use?

The power banks come fully charged and require a mains supply. They use trickle charge technology, costing less than charging one phone. Once charged, they do not draw additional power, and the machine only rents fully charged batteries.

What if the machine breaks down or malfunctions?

ChargeMy.Mobi provides 24/7 technical support and maintenance. If a machine malfunctions, we will promptly repair or replace it at no cost to the venue.

How does the charging process work for customers?

Customers scan a QR code on the machine, pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card, and a fully charged power bank is dispensed. They can use it for up to 24 hours before returning it to the  ChargeMy.Mobi station.

Will the machine take up a lot of space?

The power bank machines are compact, approximately the size of a toaster, and can be easily placed on a countertop, or other convenient location without taking up much space. They can also be wall mounted.

How do customers know where to return the power bank?

Customers receive an email with the rental start time and location, along with a reminder email after 12 and 24 hours. The email includes instructions on returning the power bank to the ChargeMy.Mobi station.

Are there any security concerns with the machines?

The machines are designed with security features to prevent tampering and theft. Additionally, ChargeMy.Mobi monitors all machines remotely to ensure they remain secure and operational.

Can the machine be customized with our branding?

Yes, ChargeMy.Mobi offers customization options for the machines to include venue branding, making them a seamless addition to your venue’s décor.

What if a customer disputes the charge for a non-returned battery?

ChargeMy.Mobi handles all customer disputes and communications, ensuring that the venue staff is not involved in resolving these issues.

What type of maintenance is required from the venue?

Minimal maintenance is required. ChargeMy.Mobi handles regular maintenance checks and any necessary repairs or replacements.

We adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols. All transactions are encrypted, and no personal data is stored on the machines.

What happens if a power bank is lost or stolen?

If a power bank is not returned, ChargeMy.Mobi handles all follow-ups and charges the customer accordingly. The venue is not liable for lost or stolen power banks.
