Terms and Conditions for ChargeMy.Mobi Power Bank Rental Service

Welcome to ChargeMy.Mobi! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Power Bank Rental Service.

By renting a power bank from ChargeMy.Mobi, you agree to the following terms:

Rental Fee: A fee of £6 is charged for a 24-hour rental period.
Late Return: If the power bank is not returned within the 24-hour rental period, an additional charge of £30 will be incurred.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed via Stripe. ChargeMy.Mobi does not handle or store your credit card information directly. PCI-compliant handling of payment information is managed by Stripe.
Personal Data: We collect your name, phone number, and email address for the purposes of rental service facilitation, marketing, and analysis.
Data Removal Request: If you wish to have your personal data removed from our database, please send a request to [email protected].

The renter agrees to use the power bank responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ChargeMy.Mobi is not responsible for any damage to devices charged using the rented power banks.
The renter agrees not to tamper with, disassemble, or attempt to repair the power bank.

The renter is responsible for the power bank during the rental period. Any loss or damage to the power bank may result in additional charges.

ChargeMy.Mobi reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

ChargeMy.Mobi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version of these terms and conditions will be available on our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChargeMy.Mobi operates.
