- Rental Fee: A fee of £6 is charged for a 24-hour rental period.
- Late Return: If the power bank is not returned within the 24-hour rental period, an additional charge of £30 will be incurred.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed via Stripe. ChargeMy.Mobi does not handle or store your credit card information directly. PCI-compliant handling of payment information is managed by Stripe.
- Personal Data: We collect your name, phone number, and email address for the purposes of rental service facilitation, marketing, and analysis.
- Data Removal Request: If you wish to have your personal data removed from our database, please send a request to [email protected].
3. Use of the Power Bank
- The renter agrees to use the power bank responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- ChargeMy.Mobi is not responsible for any damage to devices charged using the rented power banks.
- The renter agrees not to tamper with, disassemble, or attempt to repair the power bank.
4. Liability
- The renter is responsible for the power bank during the rental period. Any loss or damage to the power bank may result in additional charges.
5. Termination of Rental
- ChargeMy.Mobi reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
